Payment and shipping

For purchases of MaeMae towels on our site, we accept payments made with:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card


Even if you do not have a PayPal account, but you have a credit card like Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Aura card or a rechargeable card as a PostePay you can still pay through PayPal, the circuit more reliable and secure online payments. If the payment is not successful, the order will be cancelled.

The prices of the products published on the site are understood to include standard packaging and/or packaging, transport and delivery and VAT (except for the Non-EU countries).

The customer shall be obliged to pay all the duties and customs charges applicable in the country of delivery of the ordered products. Any and all charges or costs relating to the customs clearance of the delivered products will remain the exclusive responsibility of the consignee of delivery. Orders are invoicing in the currency for our sales list published on the site.

MaeMae Orders using different Couriers National and international express to send parcels to Italy and Europe. Orders are processed and shipped on business days after payment and Shipping is offered free of charge. The products that are available in the warehouse will normally be delivered in the shortest time possible and, however, indicatively, Within 3 Working days from receipt of payment.

The terms of delivery mentioned above refer to the products present in their warehouses and must be understood not to be binding for Reclamificio S.R.L., which can subsequently confirm or modify them, according to their needs. The delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 hours to 18.00, every day, not on holidays, Monday to Friday.

The timing of delivery may change due to force majeure, because of the traffic conditions and the viability in general or by Act of authority. The goods purchased will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the purchaser at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment containing the tracking-number to monitor the delivery. At the time of delivery of the goods by The Courier, the purchaser is obliged to check:

  • That the number of parcels delivered corresponds to the purchase order;
  • That the packaging is intact, not damaged,

wet or otherwise altered; Any external damage or the non-correspondence of the number of packages or indications, must be immediately challenged to the courier who carries out the delivery, stating the words “CONTROL RESERVE” written on the document of the Courier and confirmed , within 8 days by registered letter with receipt of return to The Courier, whose address is spelled out on the accompanying document.

Once the courier document has been signed, the purchaser will not be able to oppose any objections to the characteristics of the delivery.
